Shortlisting and Enquiring: Browse our entire wedding card collections online and select the wedding card which you think is 'the one'. Click on the 'short list and enquire' option which is placed on the right side of your selected wedding card page. You'll be directed to a form. Fill in the form so that we can get information about your selected card. (You can add two additional wedding cards to the same inquiry form)

Placing an Order: Once you submit the form, you'll be contacted shortly by our sales representative. We are happy to give information, quotes and suggestions to help you through the process of choosing your dream invite. Once you are happy with the design and like to proceed we will take the next step and ask for deposit payment to confirm the order.

Deposit: Once you receive your quote and you are happy to proceed, we will ask for a non-refundable deposit payment to confirm your order. You will be required to pay 25% of your total bill amount to confirm your order. Deposits are to be paid through Western Union or International bank transfer. You will receive our bank details through mail. Receipt of payment will confirm your order. We work on a FIRST COME basis, customers who place a deposit will be guaranteed a slot and completion date.

Wedding Details: Once the deposit is made our staff will send you template for text. The template will have questions related to what needs to be printed onto the invite. Once this has been completed simply email it back to us, we will get your text designed and email it back to you for your approval. You can view the proof and suggest us any corrections or alterations you wish to make.

Proof Reading: We do our best to make sure all your wedding details are accurate, but we regret to say it's the customers' final responsibility to check their proofs. We do not start printing an order until we receive a confirmation email from the customer confirming they have read the proofs and are happy for us to proceed with printing. If an error is noticed after the printing we will not be made responsible and there will be extra charges to re-print. If the error is made by us we are happy to re-print at no extra cost. Therefore, please read all proofs carefully including names, dates, post codes, venue details, timings etc. It may be worth getting other family members or friends to check over the proofs as they may see an error that you didn't notice.

Lead Time: For most cards we take 5-7 working days to complete the order. In peak wedding season or in some rare cases it might take us 10-15 working days for order completion. However the case maybe, you'll be guaranteed a slot and given a completion date before order placement.

Shipment & Delivery Time: For Local Customers: Your cards will be delivered through Daewoo Cargo Service. It is the most economical and safest way for sending parcel away. Usually it takes 1-2 working day/s for your parcel to reach Daewoo terminal. In case you wish to have a home delivery courier service kindly let us know beforehand. (Please note that there will be extra charges for that).

For Overseas Customers: You'll be asked to provide a delivery address. Once we ship your parcel at your given address we'll provide you tracking ID for your order so that you can track it online. Usually it takes 4 to 6 working days after shipment for parcel to be delivered at your door step.

Invoice & Payment: You will receive an invoice 3 days before your order is ready to dispatch or collect. Your remaining 75% Payment is to be made via bank transfer before dispatch or collection, bank details can be found on the invoice.

Delivery Charges: Whether you're an overseas customer or local, you will be given quotation inclusive of delivery charges. There will be no extra delivery or hidden charges .

Printing and Wording On cards/Inserts: All details are copied word for word from your last proof so it is your responsibility to check all spelling and grammar on proof. Final proof requires an email confirmation saying – ‘I have read over the proof and confirm that I am happy for you to proceed in printing.’
